I also underwent training at IBB of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw where I examined DNA repair mechanisms under stress conditions in yeast. I am fascinated by a crosstalk between organisms and their environment at the molecular level, especially in the context of TE activity and its impact on adaptation.
