Stay tuned for news on the new version.<!--more--><br \/>\nThe original Tlex was designed at the <a href=\"http:\/\/petrov.stanford.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Petrov Lab<\/a> at Stanford University by Anna-Sophie Fiston-Lavier, Josefa Gonzalez and Dmitri Petrov. It was originally designed to work with individual genome sequences (Fiston-Lavier et al 2011). The second version of Tlex included several improvements to the software including the ability to work with pooled genome data (Fiston-Lavier et al 2015).
